REFUNDS & RETURNS
Unfortunately, due to sanitary and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our gel nails. However, if your goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us at hello@getnailed.co within 24 hours of receiving your order, so we can determine what went wrong and advise next steps.
Please note that any items purchased with a discount code, or as part of a promotion/sale are not eligible for return/refund.
We will require you to return the product and cover the cost of the return postage (we always recommend registered post). You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Nailed It will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Please note that shopping fee’s will not be refunded.
