We predominantly throughout New Zealand and Australia, however we can ship Globally for an additional cost. Please contact us for worldwide shipping information hello@getnailed.co
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED
We ship Monday to Friday. All orders are currently shipped from our Auckland distribution centre in New Zealand and we endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please note that during peak periods, public holidays or when we are running a promotion these timelines are likely to extend.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We ship orders using NZ Post at a flat rate of $6.00 (excluding rural deliveries).
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days**

Free shipping on orders over $55.00

Please note that orders placed during peak periods could take up to 10 days to dispatch.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We ship orders using NZ Post at a flat rate of $13.95 (excluding rural deliveries)
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery as we are currently experiencing longer than normal delays**

ORDER ISSUES
All products are scanned to check at both order picking and order packing stages. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel so we can review our systems to identify and rectify any issue.
